Pork fried with ginger(生姜焼き)
1. Dress the meat with Mirin, Soysouce and Chopped ginger
(mirin:soysauce = 1:1)
2. Lightly coat the meat in flour.
3. Coat a pan with butter, add the meat, and fry.
4. Transfer to a serving dish with a fried egg. Enjoy your meal !
